Feast Upon the Fields for Land Conservation...

Great day of kicking back out east for a great cause.  In this fast passed world of cookie cutter homes and fast land development sometime we forget to conserve what is.  It was nice to travel just a little way out of Sarasota to kick back with our boots on and see what conservation of land is doing to preserve that beauty.  Fun filled afternoon with great folks. Thank you for having us all out to the Carlton Ranch east on Clark road.

Morning Bliss...

Morning light is one of the most magical times of the day when it comes to perfection of lighting.  It was a cool morning today but there was no fog to behold.... I was hoping for fog to soften some of the sunrise rays this morning.  I made the best of the AM in some of the local fields that I have in close range to the home....

Besties...

That is what we are... Best friends who have known each other for almost a full lifetime... Rachel now living on the other side of this great nation and myself on the other. Somehow we have remained friends all of the these years. Through traveling, school and pursuit of higher education, to being stationed over seas with the service, and just starting our own families we have been able to stay close with one another...   We try to get together once a year to do girl things like paddle boarding, going to Disney, shopping, sight seeing and in general just getting to spend time with one another.  We are and will always be sisters /best friends till the end!

It's a Mug Thing....

Even in a small place like the kitchen cabinet one can find the simplest of inspirations.  I had fun shooting mugs that I have obtained as gifts from years of celebrations and Christmas times past.  Each one carrying with it a message that touches my heart.

Magic of Fall....

The smell of fall is in the air.  Great time for a Nerf gun fight with the boys!  It is fun to share times with the people we love and cherish, those who touch our lives in ways never imagined.  Togetherness in celebration of life and birthdays.  May we all be so lucky to feel and express our love....
